Repair of tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) can be complicated by the presence of an anomalous coronary artery (ACA) crossing the right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT). This study sought to evaluate the late outcomes of a policy of transatrial-transpulmonary repair for this condition.
